Appreciation to School Employees

In Alabama a bus driver was killed and a boy was taken hostage off the bus. The bus drivers are the first line of protection for the students.

I would like to thank the bus drivers. They go to work early whether it's freezing or it's hot, they have to watch for the students at every stop. If the students go on a trip and the bus breaks down, another driver will have to go get the students and bring them back to their town. If a bully is riding the bus the drivers will deal with it, they will help a student if they feel sick. When the bus is stopped and the lights are flashing red, some people don't stop and they are not concern about what the law says.

I like to thank the staff that works in the cafeteria and those who prepare the food. Without these people there would be unhappy schools. Having hungry students is never cool.

I like to thank the custodians. They keep the schools clean and I want to thank the people who mow the grass, without these people the schools would look bad. I like to thank the mechanic because they keep the buses running smooth, so the students can get to school. I thank maintenance for doing the repairs, if they didn't know how to do the jobs they wouldn't be there.

I like to thanks the teachers for all they do, they have time to talk with you. From Pre-K to high school they teach them all, they will help a student up if they fall.

Without the teachers everyone would have to stay home, then the school board will try to fix whatever is wrong.

Texas is the lone star state and the schools help make the star shine, when I think of great schools Texas is always on my mine.
