Employee Free Choice Act Goes to Congress Soon

In the latest issue of Union Action, postcards to support the passage of the Employee Free Choice Act were inserted. We asked that faculty sign the postcards and return them through interoffice mail to AFT 2121 at 31 Gough Street. The postcards have begun to arrive, and we have received a good number so far. But we need many more postcards soon, and here’s why:

After all the dust settled, after those who thought they would be able to attend but then decided they couldn’t, after replacements were notified – and replacements for replacements – we managed to get all the way through the list of elected delegates, right down to the write-ins, two of whom did not qualify because of their not being AFT 2121 members.
